1. Purpose

This Website Privacy, Image Use & Copyright Protection Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms governing the use of photographs, videos, artwork, designs, project imagery, graphics, text and other visual or creative materials (“Content”) displayed on www.paddryinterior.com (“Website”).

The Website and its Content are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Paddry Interior (“Company”) and are protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property and other laws.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

2. Ownership of Photographs and Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all photographs and other visual Content displayed on the Website are the property of, or are legally licensed to, the Company.

No ownership rights are transferred to Website visitors, clients, contractors, designers, businesses, social-media users or other third parties merely because Content is made publicly available on the Website.

3. No Copying, Downloading or Reproduction

You may view the Website and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial browsing purposes.

Without the Company's prior written permission, you must not:

Copy, download, screenshot, reproduce, duplicate or otherwise capture photographs or other Content from the Website for publication or distribution.
Re-upload, repost or publish the Company's photographs or Content on another website, social-media platform, marketplace, portfolio, directory, blog or other online or offline platform.
Use photographs or Content as part of another person's or company's portfolio, marketing materials, advertisements, presentations or promotional materials.
Modify, crop, edit, filter, manipulate or otherwise create derivative versions of the Company's photographs or Content for publication.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, credits, metadata or other ownership information.
Claim or imply that the Company's photographs, projects or Content belong to another person or organisation.
Use the Company's photographs or Content to promote a competing interior-design, architecture, construction, renovation, furniture, property or related business.
Use the Company's Content for artificial-intelligence training, image-generation datasets, machine-learning purposes or similar automated systems without the Company's express written consent.
Systematically scrape, harvest, archive or collect photographs or other Content from the Website.

4. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

Sharing, reposting or uploading the Company's photographs to social-media platforms or other third-party services does not become permissible merely because those platforms provide a “share,” “download,” “save,” screenshot or repost function.

Where the Company provides an official social-media sharing function, such function may only be used in accordance with the Company's instructions and the applicable platform's terms.

Any unauthorised upload or repost of the Company's Content remains subject to the Company's intellectual-property rights.

5. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, users may view Content on the Website through an ordinary web browser.

Any other use requires the Company's prior written permission.

Permission, where granted, may be limited to a particular photograph, project, purpose, platform, period and method of use. Permission for one use does not constitute permission for any other use.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the Company's photographs, project imagery, graphics, designs, text, branding and other original Content are reserved.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, adaptation, commercial exploitation or re-uploading may constitute an infringement of the Company's intellectual-property rights.

Nothing in this Agreement grants any person a licence or other right to use the Company's Content except where expressly authorised in writing.

7. Unauthorised Uploads and Re-Uploads

If the Company discovers that its photographs or other Content have been copied or re-uploaded without permission, the Company reserves the right to take any action available to it, including:

Requesting removal of the unauthorised Content.
Issuing copyright or intellectual-property infringement notices.
Reporting the material to the relevant website, social-media platform, hosting provider or service provider.
Requesting search engines or other services to remove or de-index infringing material where appropriate.
Seeking compensation, damages, costs or other remedies available under applicable law.
Taking legal proceedings where the Company considers such action appropriate.

The Company is not required to provide advance notice before taking any lawful enforcement action.

8. Requests for Permission

Requests to use any photograph or other Content should be submitted to:

Requests should identify the specific Content, the intended use, the platform on which it will appear, the geographical territory, the proposed duration of use and whether the use will be commercial.

No permission should be assumed unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.

9. Privacy

The Company respects the privacy of visitors to the Website.

Any personal information collected through the Website, including information submitted through contact forms, enquiries, bookings, consultations or other services, will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

The Company will take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss.

The Company does not, however, guarantee that information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically can be made completely secure.

10. Website Security and Technical Protection

The Company may use reasonable technical measures intended to discourage unauthorised copying or downloading of Website Content, including disabling certain browser functions, applying watermarks, restricting automated access and using other technological safeguards.

These measures are intended as deterrents and cannot guarantee that Content cannot be copied or captured.

Users must not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical protection or security measure implemented by the Company.

11. Changes to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement from time to time.

The latest version published on the Website will apply to future use of the Website and its Content.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to users under applicable law.

Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or re-uploading of photographs or other Website Content is prohibited.
